About Randy
Born and raised on a 120 acre farm in Heidelberg Township, Berks County, PA where he aquired a real passion for hunting, fishing and the outdoors, which is reflected in many forms of his God-given gifts of fine art. Inspired to create things at a very early age, and basicly teaching himself, he began to draw, paint (oil, acrylic, watercolor, airbrush) and sculpt (wood, glass, soapstone, etc...). All these gifts seemed to come easy for Randy, but he lacked confidence. being told time after time "you can't be an artist","you're not good enough", "you need a real job", etc. Randy didn't take his ability seriously until 1994 when he gave his life to God. Learning that God's word says, "With God, All things are possible !" It was still another 10 years of struggling to succeed and actually sell his work. Even though he had a new life in Christ Jesus, he still tried to do things pretty much on his own until he was finally able to let God be in control of every area of his life, and began to live by His word. Since then, he has seen his artistic creativity flourish and has watched God open doors and has seen opportunities unfold. Don't ever let anyone discourage you from living a dream. The word says "If you have God on your side, who can be against you", "greater is he who is in you, than who is in the world"!
Randy is always searching for more and going deeper into his love of art and his love for God. He gives all the thanks and all the Glory to our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST!
